Clinical Study of Sultamicillin in the Otolaryngological Diseases

Abstract
|
|
|
Sultamicillin was administered to 30 patients who had various diseases in the field of Otolaryngt logy
orally at a daily dose of 750mg for 7days, and following results were obtained.
1. Among the 30 cases of.Otolaryngological diseases, Sultamicillin treated patients showed 83.3% of clinical effective rate and 74.1% of bacteriological effective rate.
2.. Drug toleration of the Sultamicillin treated cases" was fair with 5 cases of mild side reaction such as nausea, loose stool and anorexia which were disappeared after 1-2 days treatment and clinical labor. ory test after treatment showed no specific changes.
